What Happens at an Evoke Retreat?
We all have a story to tell...
Evoke Retreats offer a safe and supportive space for deep reflection and self development. They provide the opportunity to explore and understand your personal story and empower you to take the next steps to creating the life you want.

Over 2.5 days, we work with the theme of you and your relationships, exploring these through a lens of the past, the present and the future.
A typical programme is outlined below, however all Evoke retreats allow space to explore and work with what themes arise within the group and are tailored to each retreat and group of participants.
An Overview of Themes Explored at your Retreat
Day One
'Who are you and what is your story?'
Reflecting on your past, we begin to unpack and explore your history.

-
The role of your past relationships and experiences and the impact these have on how we develop
-
Attachment patterns and life scripts
-
What gets in the way of leading truly authentic lives

Through group discussion, individual activities and reflection, you will deepen your understanding of how your past has informed who you have become today.
Day Two
'How do your relationships impact your life at present?'
With a greater depth of insight, we begin to explore the impact your history has on the present

-
Reflection on learnings from Day One and what we understand about ourselves
-
Relational dynamics and why we attract who we do into our lives
-
Roles we fulfil and patterns we perpetuate

We will work with the group process to illuminate relational patterns and enable deeper exploration of our own relationships and ways of being.
Day Three
'The next chapter of being me'
Thinking about the future, what might living an authentic life look like for you?

-
Reflection on learnings so far
-
Examining our individual relational patterns - what serves you and what might you want to let go of
-
What does authenticity look like for you
-
The role of choice

Using the group and individual reflection time we create space for you to assess your current life and explore what choices you may wish to make to enhance your overall sense of wellbeing
